This is an interview of a Manager whom we helped find a job.

How did you find your job?
I got in touch with Webnet IT through a friend and they used their network of contacts to find a match for me.

What kind of job do you have now?
I work for a company that provides research, practice management, and client development solutions for law firms.  I do a variety of tasks including sales, marketing and general managerial work.

How does the new job differ from the old one?
I previous worked as an attorney, so I know my  client base. However, my new role is complete different because I do many different tasks.  As an attorney, you work life is placed in a box and you find yourself doing the same task every day.  In my new role, I could be doing something completely different one day to the next.

In what way did your recruitment consultant help you?
My consultant put me in contact with the right people and secured an interview for me.  In addition, because the position I was interviewing for was an entirely new field for me, my consultant walked me through the interview process and what some of the possible questions I would be asked.

What could they do that would have been difficult for you to do?
I can't think of anything.

What was the interview process like?
I had an intitial interview with the MD, Sales Manager, and the Marketing Manager.  I then had a call back with the MD.

Who interviewed you and what kind of questions did they ask?
See above.  They really wanted to gage my interest in the position and my level of committment to the company and Japan.

What follow up did you have to do after the interviews?
That was the great thing about Webnet IT.  They did all that for me.

How long did the whole process take?
From the time I met my consultant to the time I recieved my offer, 3 weeks.

Are you satisfied with the service you received?
Absolutely.  My company was looking for someone with my skills for quite some time. However, they never advertised the position so if I did not have access to Webnet IT's extenstive network of contacts, I would have never got in contact with my current company.

Would you recommend Webnet IT to friends looking for careers in international companies?
