Description This exciting position is working for an international company in Tokyo.  The primary role is to provide efficient IT service to its 400 users in Japan.

If you are looking for environment that involves challenging tasks, such as dealing with the Asia Pacific IT team in Australia and supporting SAP fundamentals, this opening will offer you a great opportunity to enhance your IT skills.

A successful candidate will get extensive experience supporting large Windows environments including troubleshooting of desktop PCs, Microsoft Office, SAP and business applications, as well as general networking support issues.

The candidate will work in Tokyo and should be comfortable working without constant supervision and be capable of prioritizing tasks.
Required Skills · Positive attitude toward absorbing new skills
· Good troubleshooting skills
· Windows 2000 Professional
· Basic level of LAN skills
· PC hardware and software experience
· Microsoft Office
· Good writing and speaking proficiency in both
Japanese and English
· Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience
Languages Native Japanese, Fluent English
