This service is designed for foreigners who live in Japan, and are too busy to mess around with computers, paperwork and troubleshooting. 

We can assist you in English, and provide you with clear and easy to understand explanations about your home IT setup.

Here are some of the things we can do for you :

• Set up your PC in your apartment.
• Purchase a 100% English PC for you, set it up, and show you how to use it.
• Log in to your PC remotely, and take control (with your permission, of course!) to assist you with any problems, questions, or issues.
• Set up a computer connected to your television that acts as a media center for you.  This media center can display pictures, play movies, display television and even surf the internet.
• Organise your internet connection.
• Set up your television, or sound system.
• Buy a printer for you, and set it up.
• Configure a wireless router to give you secure, wireless access anywhere in your house.
• Setup your Office PC and make sure it connects to your office and all your work information is available from home.
• We can even help you get a mobile phone, wireless internet card, or a shiny new iPhone.

Rates
We're providing this service on a simple hourly rate, chargeable either by the time we spend on the phone, or from the time of arrival at your house.
