• A software migration project for a 200 seat construction company.
  • We managed staffing, organisation, scheduling.
• A Cisco router, VPN and Windows Server for a 2 person office, allowing ease of expansion.
  • No project is too large, or too small.  We enjoyed an opportunity to set up a new venture with a solid IT environment that will comfortably support future expansion.
• A network migration for 4 branch offices of an International Company. 
  • Our Project Manager organised purchasing for the Cisco equipment, managed all of the associated local vendors, co-ordinated IT overseas, and managed Cisco Engineers in Japan and abroad to connect the offices, test the connections and roll out the new service. 
    All while communicating continuously with the overseas network engineers and local users in English and Japanese.
• Office migration. 
  
  • 80 staff moving to a different floor in the same building.  Our Project Manager organised cabling, networking equipment, building services, and managed the project from start to finish, while regulaurly updating local staff and the IT department in New York.
• Office Infrastructure setup for a new 20 person company.
  
  • This office required new IT from the ground up : New PCs, Servers, Routers, Switches, PBX, Software, Racks, Cabling, Power and more.  This was not a branch office, so we initial set up their entire infrastructure.  After the initial sucessful project, we continue to support them on a Webnet IT Support Contract.
